Michelle and Jen, the dynamic duo behind Modern Nest Staging, share a strong bond forged by a longstanding 34-year friendship. 

Michelle, an architect with a background in Visual Arts and Real Estate, also serves as a professor of architecture at the University of Utah. She has a passion for residential design and enjoys assisting others in maximizing their spaces. 

Jen is a natural people-person, always generous in helping others. Having moved numerous times for her husband's career, she brings valuable practical experience in buying and selling homes. Jen understands firsthand the importance of presenting a home effectively in the real estate process. Her background in finance, business, and education complements the team, adding innate planning and design skills.

United by their shared passion for teaching and mentoring, Michelle and Jen leverage their extensive experience to expertly assist clients in selling their homes quickly and profitably. This collaboration seamlessly integrates Michelle's architectural finesse with Jen's proficiency in planning and design.
