An occupied stage includes decluttering, depersonalizing, and reworking the flow of a home. We incorporate the homeowner's current furnishings but use our experience to highlight them. We will then add our inventory and finishing touches to portray a look that is appealing to buyers.

A staging consultation is typically a discussion focused on addressing all action items required to get a property ready for the market! Most consultations are an hour long. During this time we meet the client and take the time to walk through each room of the client’s home to see what kind of impressions the home gives and observe what changes need to be made to make it more appealing to any buyer. Each room will also get a detailed assessment of what should be done to get it market-ready. These suggestions can include decluttering, repairs, painting, cleaning, furniture arrangement, and decor. The consultation fee will be waived if we are hired to stage the home.
